Warranty Information
The VEAUTY Dot has a 12-month limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to the VEAUTY Dot device and covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional malfunctions not caused by user error or misuse
If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device at no cost to you.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, including drops or impacts
- Water or liquid exposure
- Cosmetic wear or normal aging of the product
- Damage from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Battery faults due to failure to follow our charging guidelines and using improper power outlet voltage to charge the device.
Fractional Head Attachments
The exchangeable fractional heads are not covered under this warranty. These are consumable components and are designed to be replaced every three months. Replacement heads are available for purchase on our website.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the defect
We reserve the right to assess the product before confirming coverage under the warranty.
